Nothing But Anthems is a four-piece band based in Rugby, Warwickshire. We are responsible for the details you give us through this site. You can reach us about any of this at band@nothingbutanthems.co.uk.

When you ask for a quote or hold a date: your name, email address and phone number, the date and postcode of your event, the options you chose, and anything you write in the message box. We need these to give you a price, to reply, and to hold the date.

When you book: the details of the day that you add to your booking page — the venue, timings, song requests and a contact for the day. We need these to turn up at the right place and play the right things. We also keep a record of what you paid and when.

When a venue contacts us: your name, your venue, your role, and your email address and phone number, so that we can reply.

We rely on two legal bases: taking steps to enter into, and then carrying out, a contract with you; and our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us.

We use a small number of companies to run the site and our email:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores enquiries and bookings.
• Google provides our email inbox.
• Resend delivers the emails the site sends you.
• postcodes.io turns the postcode you type into a distance. It receives the postcode and nothing else.

Some of these companies may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires. If a venue recommended us and you arrived through their link, we may tell that venue that a booking came from them, but not your details.

If your enquiry does not become a booking, we delete it within twelve months. If you book, we keep the booking and payment records for six years after the event, because tax law requires us to keep business records that long.

This site has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies. If you arrive through a venue’s link, your browser remembers which venue for 90 days so we can thank them; that note stays in your browser and is only sent to us if you enquire.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email band@nothingbutanthems.co.uk and one of the band will deal with it within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
